The brochure, titled "Be More Involved in Your Health Care: Tips for Patients," offers helpful suggestions to follow before, during and after a medical visit. In addition to encouraging questions, the brochure suggests bringing in all medicines and supplements; letting the physician know any questions or concerns about instructions; and following up on test results.
