Greenway will combine with Vitera Healthcare Solutions, an electronic health record company owned by Vista. Vista purchased the company for $20.35 per share.
Greenway specializes in revenue cycle management and cloud-based healthcare platforms. It will like continue to operate as Greenway Medical Technologies while being marketed alongside Vitera.
