Health Revenue Assurance Holdings has added two independent members to its board of directors, Peter Russo and Michael Brainard.
Mr. Russo is the former CFO for Magic Jack, and Mr. Brainard is a corporate strategist. The HRAA board of directors now has four members, including company CEO and Chairman Andrea Clark and COO Robert Rubinowitz.
HRAA interprets data for healthcare practices to help them better run billing, coding, revenue cycle and auditing processes.
