Sheridan, the physician services division of AmSurg, has acquired North Florida Anesthesia Consultants in Jacksonville.
Here are three key notes:
1. North Florida Anesthesia Consultants is comprised of more than 70 physicians, certified registered nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologist assistants.
2. The group delivers both inpatient and outpatient anesthesia services.
3. The group provides services to 18 facilities in Florida, including Ascension Health's St. Vincent's hospitals and Hospital Corporation of America's surgery centers in Jacksonville.
